Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.
All returned items must be in their original condition with the original packaging.
A Return Authorization Number must be on the outside of every returned package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any item cancelled or returned after order is in progress.

Refunds, Credits and Exchanges will NOT be processed if:

Products are worn or washed.
Orders containing artwork, embroidery, emblems or screen-printing, etc.
