Linens of the Week believes that a desirable benefits package is an important tool necessary to attract and retain our most valuable resource - YOU!

From the very beginning, Linens of the Week associates have made the difference in our success and their contributions have in return made us one of the leading textile rental companies.

In return, Linens of the Week views the benefits package as a portion of your total compensation. The foundation of our associate's total compensation is provided through your benefits - in other words, the part of our paycheck we tend not to consider or think about. Benefits make our salary complete.

All full-time associates scheduled to work consistently over 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Medical and Dental HMO plans.

After one year of service, all active associates who are working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan. These plans are paid by the employer.

Linens of the Week believes that building a secure retirement account is very important to assist in accumulating assets for retirement. The Company 401K/Pension Plan is available to every associate after one year of service. Associates may contribute on a pre-tax basis of eligible earnings (maximum dollar limits may vary). Linens of the Week currently offers matching contributions up to 6% of eligible earnings that are contributed as pre-tax. The Plan provides for 100% immediate vesting of all contributions made to your account. (This plan may be modified, suspended, or terminated.)
